Grinding together -wife and Husband - soft stone, wooden, and cloth dolls

This set you can use in your Bommala koluvu , Golu.

you can give this set to your kids to play.

Here we have used different kind of materials.

The dolls are from chennapatnam.
a place near chennapatnam these dolls can be made by women .

Here the face of the doll is made by wood and rest of the body is by wool and wire etc And then beautifully dressed like this.

we can make these dolls stand, sit and whatever position we want we can.

Then comes to the Grinder that to traditional grinder which is made up of stone.

then we have used a jute mat to keep grinder

and 2 birds too

in our childhood I hope everyone remember our grandmother and moter they used to grind rice, dals in this manner only.

especially in the afternoons by chitchatting with neighbours

in those days this is they way to share their thoughts
